Our strength is in our experience and ways of working with local, regional and national partners to build our customers a bespoke package of assistance.

Our pre-start service is delivered through our network of high-street located Business Advice Centres in Alnwick, Ashington, Berwick, Blyth, Hexham and Morpeth. Each centre has a dedicated team of staff to help you with the challenges you may face when starting up and running your business.

We have skilled, experienced Business Advisers with whom you can work confidentially, whether you are considering your options, thinking about setting up a business or are ready to start your business.

Our Business Adviser are either SFEDI accredited (this is the national standard) or currently working towards SFEDI accreditation, In addition our customer services team hold IAG (Information Advice and Guidance) accreditation or working towards it.

Our free, not for profit Northumberland Business Network is open to businesses in Northumberland. As well as providing analysis and advice to businesses selling on eBay, Laura also delivers a range of workshops throughout the North East, in Northumberland, North and south Tyneside, Newcastle and Gateshead, to people considering selling online as a business.
